Trey Visay is the outcome of iCamp, an event where expert in one selected theme gather together with technologists to discover and develop a quick prototype to addressing specific issue that the team have raised during the discussion.
With cooperation from Kampuchean Action for Promote Education (KAPE), the first version of the application was created, made available to be downloaded on Android and launched on February 2018. The application was then used among New Generation Schools during the initial stage.
On December 2018, with the scale up support from USAID via Development Innovation, InSTEDD have extended the cooperation partnership with Ministry of Education Youth and Sports by transferring ownership of the application to be under the MoEYs making the application able to sustain and use nationwide.
